Add a Delay

You can use this node to have a delayed execution of the next step. For example, send an email 12 hours after a particular action is performed. Define the delay duration as the time that must elapse before the user is moved to the next step.

1. After the Entry Condition node, click + and choose Add a Delay.

2. Choose the wait duration in minutes, hours, days or weeks that must elapse before a user can move to the next step in the workflow.

   
3. Click Add Delay. The delay is added to the workflow builder.
