Customer 360

Customer 360 allows you as a marketer to look into how the individual unified customer profile looks like. It also allows you to view all the attributes such as Profile, Identifiers and consent attributes that are stored against each profile. The objective of this module is to create a comprehensive profile of each customer, which enables you to understand your customers better, deliver personalised experiences and drive more effective marketing strategies.

You can use Customer 360 to perform the following actions:

Look up a user profile available in the system

Delete a user profile from the system

Note:

For any right-to-erasure request, you can look up and preview the user profile before sending the unified UCID of the profile to the Zeotap support team for deletion.

Note that it can take 7-10 days for the deleted profiles to be erased from the database.
